Who operates Attune

Attune Connections is operated by James Carter. In these Terms, “Attune,” “we,” and “us” refer to that operator. These Terms cover the private Attune beta on the website and in the iOS app. Questions or concerns: attuneconnections@gmail.com.

Please read these Terms and the Beta Privacy Notice before participating. This version takes effect for you when you affirmatively agree to it. Publishing it does not automatically record agreement for existing members. If you do not agree, do not continue private-profile participation; you may still contact support or request account deletion.

Who can participate

The beta is for individuals aged 18 or older who are located in the United States and legally able to enter this agreement. Use accurate information and an email address you control. Do not impersonate another person, share account access, or create accounts to evade a restriction or claim a limited offer more than once. Approved demonstration and reviewer accounts must not be presented as real dating profiles.

Keep your password and verification codes private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Email verification confirms access to an inbox. Where phone verification is required, it confirms access to a number at that time. Neither is proof of identity, age, background, or safety. We do not conduct criminal background checks in this beta.

What this beta includes

You can complete the questionnaire, explore your results, create and edit your own profile, upload media, and send feedback. Your profile is not discoverable by other members in this phase. Example profiles are fictional and labeled as examples; they are not people you can contact or date.

Real-member matching, messaging, and purchases are disabled. Full Attunement and Direct Message descriptions show planned features, not currently purchasable services. Joining the beta does not start a subscription, authorize a charge, or enroll you in a later paid plan. Any future purchase requires separate pricing, renewal and cancellation information and your choice to buy.

Beta features can contain errors, change, or become unavailable. We may correct or discontinue features or end the beta. Keep your own copies of uploaded media. We cannot promise every feature or record will carry into a later release. We will give notice of significant changes where reasonably practicable and required by law.

Understanding your results

Results reflect the answers you give. Attachment and love-language reflections are exploratory. Personality results use an adapted Big Five reflection, not an official Myers-Briggs assessment. Results may change with your circumstances and are not permanent labels, diagnoses, clinical assessments, or reliable predictions of relationship success.

Attune is an educational dating product, not a therapist, healthcare provider, crisis service, or substitute for professional care. Profile suggestions and conversation ideas are starting points for you to review and edit. We do not guarantee compatibility, safety, a particular match, or a relationship outcome. Seek a qualified professional for individual care. In an immediate emergency, contact emergency services rather than waiting for an Attune response.

Respect and responsible use

Do not threaten, stalk, sexually harass, exploit, scam, impersonate, or discriminate against another person. Do not upload unlawful material, sexual content involving minors, nonconsensual intimate images, or private information you have no right to share. Do not solicit money through deception or portray fictional profiles as real members.

Only upload media and writing you have the right to use, with any necessary permission from other identifiable people. Follow the media limits shown in the app. Do not access another account, bypass security, introduce malicious software, scrape private data, or evade a suspension. Report vulnerabilities privately without obtaining or exposing other people’s data.

You may report harassment, inappropriate conduct, or a concern about an off-app encounter connected to Attune through available reporting tools or attuneconnections@gmail.com. Provide a truthful account to the best of your knowledge; uncertainty or a good-faith mistake is not an intentionally false report. Do not retaliate against someone for raising a concern. Reports do not establish that misconduct occurred. Our support inbox is not continuously monitored, and we do not promise an immediate response or particular outcome.

Your content

You keep your rights in your photos, videos, answers, and writing. You allow Attune and the service providers working for it to host, store, process, format, and display that content only as reasonably needed to provide and protect the features you use, subject to the Privacy Notice and your sharing choices.

This operational permission does not authorize unrestricted sale of private reflections, use of your image in advertising, or training general-purpose AI models on private content. Materially different uses require appropriate disclosure and permission. Accepting these Terms does not make your raw questionnaire answers public.

The operational permission ends when the relevant content is removed from active systems, except for disclosed backup handling and retention permitted or required for legal, security, or dispute purposes. Deletion is not a promise of immediate removal from every provider backup.

You may voluntarily suggest improvements. We may use suggestions to improve Attune without promising payment, credit, or implementation. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated work or expand our permission to use private account data.

Attune content and outside services

Attune and its licensors retain their rights in the app, branding, and content they provide. You may use the beta for personal participation under these Terms, but may not sell our software, claim our branding as yours, or use it to imply our endorsement. This does not limit uses allowed by law.

Apple operates TestFlight under its own terms. A beta request does not guarantee an invitation or continued availability. Attune never needs your Apple password. Third-party links are provided for their stated purpose; visiting an outside service is subject to that service’s terms and privacy practices.

For a copyright concern, contact attuneconnections@gmail.com with enough information to identify the work, locate the material, and reach you. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or another person’s private information. We may restrict reported material while reviewing a concern and take appropriate action against repeated infringement.

Privacy and separate choices

Read the Beta Privacy Notice for account data, reflection answers, uploads, providers, retention, and your choices, and the Website Privacy Notice for website enrollment and measurement. Agreement to these Terms is not blanket permission for every use of sensitive information.

Promotional messages are optional and separate from account-service messages. Accepting these Terms, creating an account, or requesting TestFlight access does not by itself opt you into marketing. Where SMS verification is offered, the app asks you to request a verification message to your number; that is not consent to promotional texts. Your carrier’s message and data charges may apply.

The first-500 launch offer

The separately published first-500 offer explains eligibility and its recorded opening time. A request or signup alone does not reserve a place. Eligible confirmed new testers receive an account-linked reservation, not a transferable code. Existing reservations are not changed by this Terms update.

Reserved promotional access lasts 30 days beginning on Attune’s announced official launch date, not on the day you first sign in. The launch clock has not started during this private beta. No card is required and the offer does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. It covers Full Attunement, not unlimited separately purchased Direct Messages. Account restrictions and deletion

We may restrict access or content when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or systems, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain an action and let you contact us about a mistake. Urgent safety or security action may occur without advance notice.

You may stop participating at any time. Use deletion in Settings or contact support if you cannot access your account. Deletion requires a fresh email code and reports success or a retryable problem. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, and deleting your account is separate from unsubscribing from a website marketing list. Limited offer-deduplication records can remain after account deletion as described in the Privacy Notice.

Service limitations and resolving concerns

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the beta is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free service or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Contact attuneconnections@gmail.com so we can try to resolve a concern. Doing so is not a mandatory waiting period or a waiver of your right to seek legal relief. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action or jury-trial waiver, or a special damages cap.

Changes

Published versions have a date and version identifier. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and request new agreement where required. We will not mark previous members as having accepted a new version without their action. If a company takes over operating Attune, we will identify the new operator and explain the change.
